Pay: $15.00 - $16.46/hr: Job Summary: The Team Member (TM.) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales. The TM's responsibilities require enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the warehouse-format store, and stocking.
