Data Engineer I - (ETL Development) Location: Beachwood, OH: Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (onsite 4 days a week) As a Penske Data Engineer I you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and organizing the infrastructure that enables Penske to leverage data effectively. You will function in a project/technical leadership role and will complete high-level and technical systems design for new and enhanced systems. You will also conduct software testing and provide support to end users for a diverse range of applications. Responsibilities: - Formulate and define system scope and objectives and prepare detailed specifications. - Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and build out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity. - Collaborate with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increase data accessibility and foster data-driven decision making across the organization. - Prepare software test plans (e.g., unit/integration tests) - Provide technical support to and conduct meetings with end users - Prepare cost estimates - Provide both project and technical leadership roles to com...
