Job Summary This position is responsible for preparing daily breakfast features from scratch. It will also contribute to hot and cold food preparation, high-touch customer service, and maintaining a clean work environment. There is no patient food service or interaction within this space. As a Cook, you'll play a vital role in the preparation and execution of hot and cold meals from line, prep, short order, catering, and mise en place, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and make a positive impact on those we serve every day. Essential Functions: Assembles and prepares ingredients for cooking by cleaning and cutting. Follows standardized recipes, calculation ingredients based on weight and volume. Records temperatures correctly on temperature log sheets. Responsible to replace food items that do not fit standards. Stores food items as required, labeling and dating items per standards.
