Job Description: In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a portfolio of three CBD assets for a single key client. You’ll build strong relationships with tenants and service partners while driving high standards across operations, presentation, and performance. Your strength in budget management and forward planning will ensure assets are run efficiently while maintaining long-term value.
