This role involves partnering with leadership to scale the technical organization, shape a team of talented recruiters and sourcers, and serve as a strategic thought partner to Engineering and Product leadership. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: People Leadership: Inspire, mentor, develop, and build a team of senior skilled technical recruiters and sourcers.
