The Children and Family Wellbeing Service (CFW) is excited to offer opportunities for Neighbourhood Group Workers in Chorley.: About the Role: As a Neighbourhood Group Worker, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality group sessions and courses for children and families across our Family Hubs, schools, and community venues including: This is not an exhaustive list of all tasks that may fall to the post-holder. - Early Years groups (age 0-5 sessions) - Wellbeing, lifestyle, and school transition support for young people aged 5 to11. - Deliver courses and interventions to parents including support with parenting strategies. - Support for children with SEND and speech, language, and communication needs - Plan, evaluate, and record sessions using our Management Information System - Create informative handouts and visual displays - Work collaboratively with schools, partners, and...
