Position Summary The Gear Product Manager is accountable for the strategic growth, profitability, and portfolio direction of Regal Rexnord’s Aerospace Solutions global gear business. This role owns product line management responsibilities end to end, including pricing, long-term agreements (LTAs), portfolio strategy, product roadmaps, and new product launch (NPL). The successful candidate will lead through influence, apply strong commercial and technical judgment, and partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to position Regal Rexnord as a preferred gear supplier. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Product Management. Travel: Will require quarterly travel to facility in Ohio and Twice a year to facility in UK.
