Overview This Medical Assistant role supports a busy clinic providing care to both adults and infants. The primary focus is patient rooming, clinical support, and assisting providers with exams, treatments, and testing. - Location: 1040 Wishard Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46202 - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Weekends: One Saturday per month - No IUH observed holidays required - MA Certification Required Responsibilities: - Room patients, take vitals, and complete medical histories - Administer vaccines and medications to adults and infants - Perform point‑of‑care (POC) testing - Draw labs as needed - Assist with prior authorizations - Order testing per provider direction Why Join Us: We offer a strong benefits package, including: Under the supervision of the designated supervisor and assigned physician, performs duties associated with direct patient care and clinical direction to provide patient care given in accordance with the organization standards.
