Product Team Leader Department: Store Management: Employment Type: Permanent - Part Time Location: Llantrisant: Reporting To: Product Manager: Compensation: £27,520 (Full Time): Description: We're on the lookout for an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader to join the team. As a Product Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an inspirational customer journey and a great place to work for our teams. You will be an expert in product handling and will constantly strive to improve the customer journey through delivering exceptional visual execution and a high level of customer service. Supporting the Product and Commercial Manager to develop the team and maintain operational standards, and in turn generating outstanding sales, all round KPIs and high performing teams.
