Clerical, Shipping A Clerical, Shipping job description and requirements: ▪ Shipping/Receiving dock experience preferred ▪ Familiar with wrapping, strapping, palletizing ▪ Excellent computer skills required ▪ RF Scanner experience preferred ▪ Attention to detail; problem-solving skillset required ▪ Responsible for printing out bill of ladings and ensuring that all pallets are properly labeled with the correct paperwork and respective tracking numbers ▪ Reporting all issues that may occur regarding bill of ladings not found on the shared drive to a member of the management team ▪ Moving all pallets pending bill of ladings into a designated area defined by a member of management. ▪ Communicate with shipping team members to ensure that all outgoing freight is being grouped according by carrier ▪ Work with hand-held scanner to scan pallets that need to be scheduled; weight pallets and ensure quality of pallets ▪ Communicate with logistics team regarding re-weights, mis-scans and identifying issue pallets ▪ Audit trailers to ensure pallet count is correct versus pallet count to be loaded onto trailers ▪ Verifying Order Schedule: ▪ Shift hours: Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM ▪ Two 15...
