Job Summary: The Director of Citywide Home Visiting leads and oversees a large-scale pregnancy and parenting home visiting program, ensuring high-quality service delivery, evidence-based practices, strong community partnerships, and alignment with the organization's mission. This role manages staff performance, outreach and recruitment, budgeting and reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen outcomes for pregnant and parenting families across the city.
