Research Associate Supervisor: Jessica Gillung, PhD: Department of Natural Resource Sciences: Macdonald Campus; McGill University: Position Summary: The candidate will support research in insect biodiversity and phylogenomics. Responsibilities include: Develop bioinformatics, data science and computational methods; generate and analyze genomic data; plan and conduct research projects; supervise graduate students, technicians, collaborators, and visitors; study, identify, and describe insect specimens; write scientific papers and manuals to operate molecular equipment and describe research outcomes; develop and implement SOPs.
