Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation: Salary Range: $16.00 - $25.50 Union Position: No Department Details: This position is Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Not remote at this time but options for occasional flexible location after 6 months and if meeting all ESC expectations. Summary: The Representative of the Employee Service Center will provide effective and efficient responses to inquiries from Sanford employees, candidates, contractors/vendors, retirees, dependents, beneficiaries, etc. regarding Human Resources and payroll policies and procedures. Job Description: Quickly assess the level of complexity of cases and provide resolution or facilitate escalation of phone calls and/or cases to a lead, Supervisor, or Center of Expertise (COEs) as needed.
