Job Summary The OPS Graduate Admissions Office Assistant supports the daily operations of the Graduate Admissions office by providing front-line customer service and administrative support. This position serves as the first point of contact for prospective students, visitors, and campus partners while ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient admissions experience. Job Description: Typical duties include, but are not limited to: - Greets and assists visitors, applicants, and campus guests in a professional and friendly manner. - Answers and routes incoming phone calls, provides general information, and takes accurate messages. - Responds to basic inquiries regarding graduate programs, application processes, and office procedures. - Maintains an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area. - Assists with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance. - Supports admissions events such as information sessions and campus visits. - Collaborates with admissions staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely communication.
