General Manager Le Méridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa JOB SUMMARY Le Méridien Ra Beach Hotel & Spa is seeking an internationally experienced and strategically minded General Manager to lead one of Spain’s most distinctive luxury coastal resorts. Set within a restored historic beachfront property on the Costa Dorada, the hotel blends heritage, wellness, gastronomy and contemporary lifestyle experiences. This role requires a seasoned hospitality leader capable of balancing elevated guest experience, operational excellence, commercial performance and owner engagement within a highly visible luxury environment. We are seeking a General Manager with strong international exposure across luxury or premium hospitality markets, ideally gained through leadership assignments beyond a single domestic market. The successful candidate will bring a hands-on operational foundation, sophisticated leadership style and the ability to inspire high-performing teams within a culturally diverse environment.
