Description Key Responsibilities: - Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and overall performance - Supervise, train, and motivate team members - Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns - Oversee cash handling, register operations, and shift reconciliation - Promote and drive enrollment in the Gas N Wash rewards/loyalty program - Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards - Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control - Enforce company policies and safety procedures - Ensures that all necessary store reports and paperwork are completed accurately - Assist with opening and closing procedures - Handles escalated customer concerns and emergencies in absence of the General Manager Qualifications: - Must be 21+ years old - High school diploma or equivalent required - 3+ years customer service supervisory experience (retail experience preferred) - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented - Available to work a variety of shifts and/or days...
