Operations unit strengthens Kemira’s operational backbone by optimizing supply chain performance and driving cost efficiency. The unit supports business growth across all segments, enabling business units to focus on delivering their commercial strategies. Manufacturing organization in the Operations unit ensures safe, efficient, and sustainable production of chemical solutions that meet customer needs across industries.
