Job Summary: The Sales Training Program Manager designs, delivers, and scales high-impact sales training for Construction and Service sales teams. This founding role within the sales enablement capability accelerates new seller readiness, improves bid quality, and strengthens the overall sales bench through instructional design and live facilitation.
