Overview We’re looking for friendly, upbeat people to join our Barista & Counter Service team at our Ardmore location in the Ardmore Farmers Market! This role is all about creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest, from greeting them with a smile to helping them choose the perfect pastry or coffee. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork are key. You’ll be a big part of the guest experience and help bring our hospitality standards to life alongside the rest of our amazing team. We have part-time and full time positions available. The wage is $16-18 + tips and is based on experience, with opportunities to grow based on performance. There are multiple shifts available, including mornings, evenings and weekends. Full time and part time shifts available.
