Description The JOB: As the Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the Housekeeping and Engineering departments of the hotel. The Operations Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: · Process invoices for Housekeeping and Engineering · Champion Alice system, our guest request program · Coordinate projects · Log and follow up on guest requests · Support reservations team YOU: To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and multi-tasking.
