Outpatient Physical Therapists needed in Glenwood Springs, CO!! Western Colorado’s premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a Full-time Physical Therapist to provide outpatient Physical Therapy care. In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You’ll also educate patients and caregivers on appropriate home exercise programs.
