Troubleshoot issues involving equipment, tooling, automation, materials, and processes. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions that stick. Analyze production data to spot trends, recurring issues, and risks before they become problems. Develop permanent, scalable solutions that stabilize and improve production. Stay Ahead of Issues Before They Happen Track key metrics—downtime, scrap, yield, rework—to understand process health. Use data and cross-functional insights to anticipate constraints or failures.
