NextGen Federal Systems, LLC (NextGen) is seeking a proactive, experienced, and entrepreneurial professional for the role of Senior Program Manager (Senior PM) / Director supporting Department of War (DoW) and Intelligence Community (IC) programs. This position provides an important leadership role serving a diverse portfolio of programs and projects that deliver software/IT solutions and technical services. Successful candidates need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, wear multiple hats, and be driven by strong growth potential within a highly competitive market. Must be a self-starting, high-energy leader focused on delivering results as well as promoting strong employee and customer engagement. Responsibilities span managing and growing the business, as well as staff professional growth, to further advance the business. Significant customer-facing interaction is expected to sustain current business and to position the company to win new business.
