Counseling Supervisor ADC or ALC Certification: OR: LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or LPC Salary: Up to $65,000 plus bonus structure The Clinical Supervisor oversees the clinical supervision of counselors in training or working towards certification/licensure and provides guidance to the counseling team. They help patients identify and leverage strengths for social, educational, and occupational goals, supporting their transition to a drug-free life. Reporting to the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor ensures adherence to schedules, program policies, and regulatory requirements.
