Job description

Provides quality, comprehensive out-patient primary health care services examines and evaluates patients and counsels patients on various functional medicine treatments plans, educated patients on various procedures, and performs non-evasive procedures. Reports to the VP & Chief Functional Health Officer regarding administrative, provider relations and other day to day guidance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs clinical procedures under the direction of the VP & Chief Functional Health Officer according to approved protocols. Prescribes pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, other medications, and appropriate treatment regimens to assessed medical conditions consulting with VP & Chief Functional Health Officer. 2. Develop personalized treatment plans by conducting thorough patient assessments, including medical history, lifestyle factors, and environmental influences. 3. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including internal laboratory, external laboratory results, imaging, and other professional testing. 4.
