Test Technician (Avionics) Department: Avionics: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Redondo Beach: Reporting To: Brynne Hunt, Manager, Avionics Test Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 / hour Description: As a Test Technician , you will perform a wide range of spacecraft component and assembly testing while developing and maintaining state-of-the-art test equipment. You will work closely with engineering to improve overall test processes across the company. Responsibilities: - Work closely with test engineers to design and implement complex test setups for development and/or production environments (e.g. integrated systems testing in a thermal vacuum chamber with additional instrumentation for model validation) - Work with test engineers, manufacturing engineers, production technicians to improve production test processes and improve acceptance test flow and automation - Perform maintenance and calibration activities for environmental and robotic test equipment - Respond to production related non-conformances and drive to root cause and disposition - Maintain process planning documents and action feedback when necessary - Provide training and guidance to other technicians - Provide tr...
