Overview: Starting Pay $36.90/hr, can be more based on experience Mon-Thurs (no Fridays): 8am-430pm. 32 hours/week.Approx. 5-6 days on call/month. All patient care occurs in the patient home in a 9 County Central Ohio service area. Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary: Assists patients with terminal or life-limiting conditions and their families with pain, symptom, and plan of care management. Practices professional nursing and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with ANA Code of Ethics and maintains a current Ohio Nursing License.
