Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston, MA is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide outstanding care to our residents! Hiring for: Full- Time (30+hours), Part-Time (20-29hrs), Casual (<19 hrs) & Per Diem This role is eligible for a retention bonus of up to $2,000.00. Pay Range (depending on experience): CNA: $19.50- $23.30/hr ($0 - $5.00 shift differential) Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Provide personal care, vital sign monitoring, patient communication, and collaboration with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient support. - Certified Nursing Assistant certification and state CNA License - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules. - Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility, as needed.
