Overview: Fulltime, benefits eligible role Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm: Job Description Summary: Supports the implementation of the PFK Strategic Plan by managing medium to large, collaborative, and complex projects focused on transforming outcomes of children through innovative disease management and achieving equity for health care services across PFK’s geographic region. Manages all aspects of their assigned service line’s projects, ensuring projects proceed as planned throughout the PFK project lifecycle. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Leads medium and large projects through all phases of the PFK project life cycle development. Develops and ensures scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality are meeting and exceeding expectations.
