Position Specific Description: FPLES is seeking a Technical Architect to lead engineering execution across our Salesforce-centric operational systems supporting 2.5M customers. This individual will serve as the senior technical leader responsible for driving high-quality development, ensuring technical integrations across Salesforce, SAP, AWS, and custom applications, and leading both internal and offshore development teams. This role is the primary point of accountability for technical delivery, including solution design, development standards, code quality, SIT readiness, and cross-system integration integrity.
