No previous maintenance experience is required, training is provided by the facilities team. General Position Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and building support tasks to prepare residence halls, apartments, and facilities for summer and fall occupancy. Assist with basic preventive maintenance tasks such as changing air filters and inspecting mechanical rooms. Install bulletin boards, signage, and basic fixtures as assigned. Utilize the electronic work order system to receive, complete, and document assigned tasks.
