The team currently includes eight Manufacturing Engineers within the Gear Department. This group plays a critical role in supporting production through tooling procurement, process capability studies, gage calibration, and direct collaboration with vendors and maintenance. With 80% of their time spent on the shop floor, the team thrives on solving real-time challenges and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What you can look forward to as an Engineering Analyst: - Work closely with Supplier Quality Engineers, Auditors, Process Engineers, Maintenance Employees, Planners, Logistics, etc. to define corrective actions and support continuous improvement efforts. - Participate in simultaneous engineering activities for new projects (e.g., APQP, QR83). - Generate, prepare, and present regular reports to internal and external stakeholders. - Interpret bevel gear prints including dimensions, tolerances, specifications and standards. - Investigate and resolve issues invo...
