POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition function by assisting with full cycle recruiting activities in accordance with Company policies and all Federal, State, and Local employment regulations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and senior recruiting team members to help attract, screen, and coordinate candidates while building a strong talent pipeline.
