About You: - 5+ years experiences as Technical Product Manager/IT Integrator (and preferably working within Banking & Financial domain) - Assisting in setting up a data organization and proactively contribute to improving data processes. - Estimating the impact of the required changes in the data environment - Evidencing to the internal and external stakeholders that the data of TS is compliant with ING standards (Data Management Process Control Standards) - Facilitating common understanding among stakeholders (Enterprise and/or Domain Architects, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Customer Journey Experts, DevOps Engineers, and other IT Business Analysts) regarding responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines with a strong MVP (Minimum Viable Product) mindset. - Delivering and coordinating (detailed) implementation roadmaps from a strategic business and IT context, overseeing and challenging the solution during the discovery phase. - Staying involved post-implementation to conduct integration testing, ensuring seamless component interaction and addressing (interface) issues. - Good communication skills in English (C1 level) How to Succeed: As a Technical Product Manager (IT Int...
