$1,000 Trach/Vent Bonus: Earn a $1,000 bonus when assigned to a trach and/or vent case. We provide paid training and clinical support. New graduate nurses are not eligible. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing for our pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in the home for day, evening, and overnight shifts. Compensation: Benefits: (For employees working 30 hours or more on average per week. Which begin on your 60th day of employment following first of the month). Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Paid Training: Comprehensive classroom and hands-on field training with our Nurse Educators. - Supportive Environment: 24/7 clinical and scheduling support to ensure your success. - Flexible Scheduling: Full-time, Part-Time Day, Evening or Overnights (8-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour shifts). - Rewarding Work: Enjoy meaningful, one-on-one patient care. - Pay Range: $33-$45 per hour ( Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
