Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centres, logistics facilities and land lease communities. This long-term partnership reflects Downer’s strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering high quality services at scale. We currently have an opportunity for a Handyperson join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, located at Willawong Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities. What You’ll Do: This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: - Carry out general maintenance and repairs across multi-sites - Perform routine and preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure safety and presentation - Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently - Complete basic trade tasks (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, painting) within scope - Conduct safety checks, identify issues, and ensure compliance with WHS standards W...
