POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for analyzing and reporting on commercial data for our sales, marketing, service and support functions and defining metrics, key performance indicators and actionable insights for each function. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data driven recommendations to optimize business processes and drive overall performance. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Metrics & KPI Development: Define and implement the key metrics and KPIs to measure performance across sales, marketing, service, and support functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic objectives. - Data Analytics & Insights: Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of commercial data, providing insights into sales performance, revenue generation, bookings, forecasting, marketing effectiveness, and service/support processes. - Support Marketing Strategy: Work closely with the Marketing team to provide data-driven insights that improve customer segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance.
