Overview The Deposit Product Manager manages product management and development activities supporting the consumer and small business deposit product portfolios. This role ensures that deposit products reach profitability and growth objectives and serves as a principal point of contract for internal and external relationships. This position serves as the organization’s subject matter expert for deposit products, owning strategy, lifecycle management, and member experience outcomes across consumer portfolios. The role is a pivotal conduit between Member Experience, Information Technology, Process Excellence/PMO, Lending Systems Administration, Business Banking, and the Lending Product Manager, ensuring best‑practice systems integration and seamless service delivery. This position will drive continuous improvement for core technology systems and solutions, work closely with CXO and VP Member Experience to steward deposit‑related merger & acquisition strategies and action plans, deliver specialized training, and continually optimize operational processes within Member Experience.
