Job Title Department Manager – IntraSight Sustaining Job Description: As a Department Manager – IntraSight Sustaining, you will lead a multidisciplinary R&D team responsible for maintaining, improving, and supporting the IntraSight platform throughout its lifecycle. You will ensure product reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, enabling high-quality care delivery to patients worldwide. You will play a key role in bridging innovation and opertions by ensuring that the IntraSight platform in production and in the field continues to meet performance, safety, and customer expectations. You are responsible for: Contributing to and shaping the 3–5 year roadmap for the IntraSight platform, including strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making. Leading and developing a team of engineers and specialists focused on sustaining engineering activities for the IntraSight platform.
