POSITION SUMMARY: This role requires a strong consultative recruiter who can conduct high‑quality prescreenings, deeply understand position and project requirements, and actively guide hiring managers through an agile, compliant recruiting process without compromising candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong bias for action, operates with discipline and accuracy and consistently balances speed, quality, compliance, and transparency. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan and execute recruiting strategies to support assigned projects; manage recruiting activities, correspondence, and data analysis through applicant tracking system. - Proactively recruit qualified candidates for various job classifications using a variety of sources - Conduct thorough, structured prescreening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, alignment to role requirements, project context, and risk considerations - Develop a strong understanding of assigned positions, programs, and customer requirements to ensure accurate and compliant candidate evaluations - Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, guiding them through compliant, efficient, and market‑informed recruiting decision...
