We are looking for an energetic, flexible, and driven senior HR professional with years of experience. Deep knowledge of the broad HR portfolio and how to connect it to the business is your key asset. You have broad experience in leading business transformations, workforce planning and putting strategy into practice. You are expected to jointly drive and engage others around our people strategy, organization development and people review. You have experience of working closely with executives and are comfortable as an escalation point for a wide range of employee matters. If you enjoy the mixture of strategic thinking, tactics, and operations, you will thrive in this role.
