Analytics & Business Intelligence - Associate

Description: We’re looking for an Analytics & Business Intelligence Associate to help drive data‑informed decision‑making for iCapital’s platform by analyzing and monitoring product and platform usage. This role focuses on defining and measuring platform and product KPIs, such as monthly active users (MAU), feature adoption, engagement trends, and usage patterns across advisors, investors, and firms. The candidate will transform raw product and event‑level data into reliable analytical datasets, build live dashboards to track platform health and adoption, identify key driver metrics and behavioral trends, and partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to inform roadmap prioritization and improve the overall user experience. You will sit in the Analytics group of the broader Data & Analytics team within Technology, and will work closely with our Data Engineering group. On the technical side, you will interface with our data stack of Airbyte, Snowflake, dbt, Prefect, Python and Tableau (among others).
