Qualifications: Minimum - Performing accounting functions associated with the auditing and scheduling of payments to vendors, providers, and other agencies. - Auditing and preparing invoices and verifying established accounting codes to ensure accuracy prior to disbursement of funds. - Responsible for reconciling, and researching expenditure transactions, data entry, and processing departmental correcting entries. - Ensure proper documentation for purchasing card charges and reconcile charges through state approved systems. - Monitoring pending invoices to ensure in line with Prompt Payment Compliance. - Maintain vendor payment information and data for services using various databases and organizational codes. - Serve as back-up to accounts payable team. - Perform other accounting d...
