The Role: This twelve-month fixed-term contract role within our Finance Team will be responsible for providing support to our brokers (customers) with queries and issues relating to commission payments, as well as assisting with processing Lender commission statements. Additional responsibilities also include: Responding and resolving broker queries via our ticketing system (Intercom) within required timeframes.
