- 12 month fixed-term opportunity Hybrid working environment: Exciting role in a dynamic and successful team Rare opportunity for a customer service expert to join our Finance Team at Australia’s leading aggregator. The Role: This twelve-month fixed-term contract role within our Finance Team will be responsible for providing support to our brokers (customers) with queries and issues relating to commission payments, as well as assisting with processing Lender commission statements. Additional responsibilities also include: Responding and resolving broker queries via our ticketing system (Intercom) within required timeframes.
