Join our Risk Insurance team at Findex as a Client Associate! This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering genuine career progression through our Client Services pathway. The successful candidate will be based in Melbourne. As a Risk Client Associate, you will support a small team of Advisers to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is a varied and client-focused role where you will act as the first point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio, build strong relationships, coordinate service outcomes, and support new client onboarding. You’ll play a key role in ensuring workflows are managed through Findex preferred systems and completed in line with company policies and procedures. Working closely with the Team Leader and Advisers, you’ll help drive positive client experiences and contribute to the overall success of the team.
