You will be a Shift Process Engineer responsible for the MOCVD (Epitaxy) process working a ‘continental’ shift pattern. You will perform manufacturing activities and provide process support to a team of manufacturing technicians working alongside you. This will involve: You will be expected to be autonomous (after a period of intensive training) with the ability to set-up processes and react appropriately to process outcomes without supervision. You will provide a professional quality of work, with real commercial impact, within a cost and time conscious environment as part of a multi-disciplined team.
