Human Resources Business Partner Location : CHANEL Vancouver - Oakridge Boutique Reports to: People & Organisation Director Contract: Full-time and Permanent Position Travel: this role will require occasional, planned travels, across Canada (mainly in AB, and occasionally in ON & QC.) Your role @ Chanel: We are looking for an People & Organization (P&O) Business Partner for whom the main mission will be to support our Fashion division and Fragrance & Beauty (F&B) retail teams in Western Canada (Vancouver & Calgary), while partnering to manage employee experience, lead talent acquisitions, onboarding and learning and development. What impact you can create at Chanel: HR partnership initiatives & administration Partner with our Fashion and F&B teams consistently to support and strategize retail people initiatives, mainly Fashion Boutiques as well as F&B Retail Environment Support. Maintain current People processes in place: bi-weekly meetings with our Boutique Directors, provide coaching, assist in employee meetings, Performance processes, partner in the disciplinary processes, etc. Propose ideas for improving processes or procedures to maximize corporate performance.
