RN (Home Care) - Part-time Job Description: Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care in accordance with state licensure status and in compliance with policies and procedures, applicable health care standards and governmental laws and regulations. Hours: Day-time, weekend and holiday rotation Requirement - Active RN in the State of IL, A.D.N or B.S.N, Driver's License Responsibilities: Assessment- Collects pertinent data and information relative to the patient's health or the situation.
