As an Associate, you will be the main point of contact for and manage maintenance related activities and vendors for an assigned region of stores. This role works with our Home Office Teams and is Remote in Germany. What Will You Be Doing?: · Maintain company standards for the appearance and operation of stores · Conduct store audits and effectively identify maintenance concerns · Manage various work order and audit reports for assigned region and trades · Manage vendors to A&F performance and quality expectations · Work with team on the development and function of maintenance programs · Assist with creation and management of maintenance budgets · Develop process improvements with focus on efficiency, effective communication and spend reduction · Manage execution of assigned brand and construction projects...
