OVERVIEW: The Conklin Distribution Center is hiring a first shift Loss Prevention Associate to support the first shift Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 5:30a - 4:00p Rate : $20.05/hr. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Inventory Integrity, shrink control and profit protection. Conduct and assist in internal investigations (theft, dishonesty, policy violations, human resources) in the DC. Conduct and assist with external investigations related to cargo theft to and from the DC’s. Complete daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly audits Conduct lane inspections/ carton scans to improve operational accuracy and document in LPMS / DSGiQ (case management systems) Compile and reconcile data for Seal Verification reporting.
